Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed before being handed to a third-party courier. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 working days, although weather, public holidays, remote-area service and courier operations can cause delays.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge or limited-time free-delivery offer is shown at checkout before you place the order. A promotion can change or end without notice, but the amount confirmed on your completed order remains the applicable amount.

Accurate details

Please provide a complete address, an active Pakistani mobile number and the correct city or area. A courier may call before delivery. An incomplete address, repeated failed contact or refusal can delay or return the parcel.

Inspection and support

If the outer parcel appears severely damaged, photograph it before opening. For a missing, wrong, leaked or damaged item, contact ZESKO within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photos and an unboxing video where available.
