We aim to present accurate names, sizes, notes, prices and images. Screen colour, batch variation and individual skin chemistry can affect how a product looks or smells. Fragrance longevity and projection are subjective and are not guaranteed to be identical for every person.

Orders and pricing

An order acknowledgement is not final acceptance. ZESKO may verify details, correct an obvious pricing or stock error, limit quantities or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. If payment was received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be returned.

Payments and delivery

Available methods and charges are shown at checkout. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and cooperate with reasonable courier verification.

Returns and exchanges

Requests are handled under the published Refund, Exchange, Shipping and Cancellation policies. Those policies form part of these terms.

Website use and intellectual property

ZESKO names, product presentation, photographs, writing and website design may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit false, abusive or unlawful content.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, ZESKO is not responsible for indirect losses outside the reasonable control of the store. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
