ORDER CHANGES
Cancel before dispatch.
We can usually cancel or correct an order while it is still being prepared. Once it has entered the courier network, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
How to cancel
WhatsApp 0326 8911364 immediately with your order number and the mobile number used at checkout. A cancellation is complete only after ZESKO confirms it.
After dispatch
If the parcel has already been dispatched, contact support before refusing or returning it. Any return or redelivery charge caused by incorrect customer details, repeated failed contact or an unapproved refusal may be payable by the customer, subject to the circumstances of the order.
Online payment
For a successfully cancelled prepaid order, the refund is issued after payment verification. Processing time can vary by bank, wallet or payment provider.
