Eligibility

• Request the exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
• At least 90% of the fragrance must remain—45 ml for a 50 ml bottle.
• The bottle, label and original packaging must be returned in reasonable condition with proof of purchase.
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged, leaked or incorrect.

Exchange steps

1. Contact ZESKO on WhatsApp at 0326 8911364 with the order number, reason and requested replacement.
2. After approval, send the product by prepaid, traceable courier to the warehouse address provided by our team.
3. Once received and inspected, we will confirm availability, any price difference and the replacement dispatch.

Delivery charges and price differences

The customer pays the return courier and replacement delivery charges for a preference-based exchange. If the replacement costs more, the difference must be paid before dispatch; if it costs less, the balance is handled by the method agreed with support. For a validated damaged, leaked or wrong item, ZESKO covers reasonable delivery costs.

Processing

Eligible exchanges are normally processed within 7–14 working days after the returned item reaches the warehouse. Availability is not guaranteed until inspection is complete. A single item cannot be processed as both a refund and an exchange.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to a customer under applicable Pakistani law.
